Specs leak for the Google Nexus 3 handset
Google Nexus 3 specs have leaked online with the handset mooted to launch Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich iteration of the Android OS reportedly set to sport a “monster-sized” HD screen.
Gadget blog BGR has claimed that a source has revealed that the Google Nexus 3, to be known as the Google Nexus 4G to US markets, will sport a new market leading 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz dual-core processor with further industry firsts to include its claimed 720p display.
Whilst the exact dimensions of the 720p HD display have not been revealed, the leaked reports suggest it will be of “monster-sized” proportions with a high-end 5-megapixel on the rear handling lowlight photography and supplying 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities.
Reportedly set to hit the US ahead of Thanksgiving celebrations in November, the Google Nexus 3 is claimed to boast 1GB of RAM and will apparently land without physical buttons as software improvements takeover all user navigation and control.
