Socialmatic have signed an agreement with accessory makers C&A Marketing to build and sell their concept of a 'Polaroid Onestep' style camera that will print Instagram snaps and even look like the retro icon.

The technical details for this product are currently scarce but from what it suggests a 16GB storage, 4:3 touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity and interchangeable lens could be just some of the features available. 

With a recent announcement from Polaroid of plans to launch a series of Fotobar stores enabling users to visit and print their snaps, these new plans mark a further point of the company's reinvention.

Socialmatic's product is expected to arrive in the first quarter of 2014 but for a closer look at the concept, check out the video below.
