BlackBerry Torch 9800 Qwerty slider comes into land...

BlackBerry has unveiled what it hopes is an answer to the market dominance of Android and Apple, the BlackBerry 9800 Torch Qwerty slider.

The new Berry is the first to sport BlackBerry 6 OS, and also fronts up a 3.2-inch 480x360 touch-based screen, a slide-out keyboard, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB storage and a MicroSD card slot, as well as 802.11 b/g/n wireless networking, Bluetooth, and a 5 megapixel camera with flash.

Initially available in the US via AT&T, BlackBerry UK sources tell us it'll be on these shores in the "coming weeks". Prices are yet to be confirmed.
