Former Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding has become the face of the HTC Incredible S as the Android 2.2 handsets goes on sale in the UK.
Seemingly targeting the newly available Incredible S at the female market, smartphone retailer Carphone Warehouse has launched a national advertising campaign featuring the sexy singer touting a matt black HTC Incredible S alongside a new black dye job and vampire-esque gothic makeover.
Speaking on the launch, Graham Stapleton, Chief Commercial Officer for Best Buy Europe, said: ‘We are very excited to be working with Sarah and HTC to launch this great phone. The Incredible S is the latest in a series of cutting-edge mobiles from HTC and with its perfect combination of high-end style and advanced features is yet another example of why HTC is leading the way in pioneering technology.”
Available SIM-free for £499.95, the Incredible S features a 4-inch Super LCD display and 8-megapizel with LED flash and 720p HD video recording capabilities alongside the usual array of connectivity options and 32GB of internal storage.
O2 and Vodafone are both offering subsidised Incredible S handsets with monthly subscription fees starting from as little as £25.53 per month with 300 minutes and unlimited texts as standard.
