BioShock Infinite: UK Release Date, Trailers and Concept Art
BioShock Infinite is the latest game in the BioShock series for Xbox 360, PC and Sony PS3, with the first two games both receiving critical acclaim the pressure is on.
You play as Booker DeWitt, an ex-Pinkerton agent who has been sent to the fictional floating city of Columbia in order to rescue Elizabeth, a young woman who has been imprisoned in the city.
The game is set in 1912 and is a strong departure from the previous BioShock games in that it’s not set underwater and it doesn’t feature any of the main characters.
Instead you’ll be tackling the crazed inhabitants of the floating city, traversing either by foot or via Skylines; a series of monorails that DeWitt can hang from and use to flank enemies or simply get around.

BioShock Infinite will have a UK release date of 19 October and will be available to play on Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3 and on Windows PC.
BioShock Infinite: Characters
The lead protagonist is Booker DeWitt, the former Pinkerton agent who has been sent to Columbia to rescue Elizabeth a young girl who has been trapped in the city.
We know so far that the game will be centered around these two characters, and in such a way that hasn’t been seen before with DeWitt relying on Elizabeth and her powers and vice versa.
One of the key elements in BioShock Infinite will be this relationship, with Irrational already confirming that Elizabeth’s AI will be something that they believe is a step up on previous games.
