Porn industry to sue pirate websites using copyright material/sex

Because pornstars have got to stick together...

We all know about the damage that movie piracy is doing to Hollywood, but spare a thought for those in the porn industry who are seeing their "work" pirated and copied across the net.

They've had enough though, and formed their own organization, PAK, to fight the thieves. Unable to catch and prosecute filesharers, the group has just announced they plan to target the websites that offer pirate porn instead. There's a nice mental image!

A major problem in recent years has been the collection of naughty YouTube rip-offs that let users upload video, which is often copyright material/sex.

"This really put a damper on my late-night porn surfing," admitted PAK head Jason Tucker.

Using their time more constructively, the group has created software that catches the sites in the act with all the evidence they need to prosecute. Now, PAK say they are close to filing charges. If they win, the websites will no doubt be looking even more blue than usual.

The moral of the story: don't pirate porn, or you'll go blind.
