- Shop the Sale: Blacks has sales dotted throughout the year, and the discount tends to be 50% - 75% off, so it's nice and easy to pick up a bargain or two.
- Blacks Price Promise: To help customers save money on premium outdoor equipment, Blacks run a Price Promise. If you find something cheaper at another retailer, Blacks will beat the price by 10%!
- Student Discount: Students can get a 15% student discount at Blacks with UNiDAYS. Simply sign up to UNiDAYS and verify your student status to begin using your unique student discount code.
- DofE Discount: For those taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, there’s a DofE discount available where participants can get 15% off and leaders can get 20% off at Blacks when they use their DofE card.

Does Blacks offer free delivery?
Yes indeed, Blacks offer free standard delivery on all orders over £80. If your order is under £80, standard delivery costs £4.95. Standard delivery will be delivered Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00, excluding Bank Holidays. Next-day delivery is available at £5.95 for orders under £80 and £3.95 for orders over £80. You need to order before 18:00 Sunday to Friday to qualify for your delivery to arrive the very next day.
How do I track my Blacks order?
Once you place an order with Blacks, you will be sent an email or text confirmation when your order has been dispatched with tracking information and links. Alternatively, log into your Blacks account and view your most recent order to find its status.
Can I exchange my Blacks order?
You can but you will need to go into a store to do this and it must be within the 28 days of delivery or collection.
What is the Blacks returns policy?
If you've changed your mind about your order, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of delivery or collection. Complete a returns form (included in your order) and return it to Blacks with your unused order in the original packaging and labels. A refund will be issued once Blacks has received and inspected the return.

To claim a price match, you’ll need to contact Blacks and tell them about the product, the retailer and the price. Black's then review and assess your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

How to use Blacks discount codes
- Scroll through our list of Blacks discount codes, once you've found the offer you'd like to redeem, click the 'Get Code' button.
- A pop-up box will appear revealing the code. Click the 'Copy' button to copy it.
- Head to the Blacks website, do your shopping, add everything to your basket and head to the checkout.
- At the checkout, you’ll see a box that says ‘Voucher’. Enter the discount code and click ‘Apply’. The page will refresh and display the discount and the updated price.
- If the code isn’t valid, a red message will appear and the discount won’t be applied. Some products may be excluded from promotional discounts but you can check the terms and conditions.
