Does Blacks offer free delivery?
Yes indeed, Blacks offer free standard delivery on all orders over £80. If your order is under £80, standard delivery costs £4.95. Standard delivery will be delivered Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00, excluding Bank Holidays. Next-day delivery is available at £5.95 for orders under £80 and £3.95 for orders over £80. You need to order before 18:00 Sunday to Friday to qualify for your delivery to arrive the very next day.

What is the Blacks returns policy?
If you've changed your mind about your order, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of delivery or collection. Complete a returns form (included in your order) and return it to Blacks with your unused order in the original packaging and labels. A refund will be issued once Blacks has received and inspected the return.
