When it comes to finding the best carry on for business travel, we've done all the hard work for you.
It’s tricky to narrow down exactly what goes into making the best business travel carry-on, but after scoping out the market, we soon found that our favourites managed a middle ground between being practical enough to carry all the necessaries safely and securely, and looking smart enough to meet clients or colleagues on the other end.
If you’re travelling with devices, look for a suitcase with laptop compartment or even (at the higher end of the market, understandably) a built-in charger for ensuring you’re always powered up, even on unexpected layovers.
Best travel pillows
Got a long journey coming up? Hate flying? Then the best way to deal with any trip is to sleep through it. Whether you’re travelling by car, train or plane; it’s rare that we ever find napping during transit refreshing. More often than not you wake up disoriented, disgruntled and with a sore neck.
However, there are a whole host of funky and functional travel pillows on the market that will keep you comfy from door to door. From memory foam to inflatable, we’ve found a great selection of travel pillows to suit the individual traveller.
Best ear plugs
Looking after your ears should be considered equally as important as looking after your eyes. Yet, we probably make more trips to the opticians that we ever do to get our ear health checked out!
Fortunately, ear plugs are not only easy to get hold of, but they don't require personalising in any way, so it's pretty easy to buy a pair that will fit your ears without too much fuss.
Best travel mugs
Long-distance commuters and frequent travellers will know the tale of trying to find a decent cup of coffee on the go all too well. Too often are we forced to pay inflated service station prices for our high-street coffee shop favourites, shell out a ridiculous amount for a sub-par brew from the snack trolley, or — perish the thought — go without. Well no more, we say.
Enter: the travel coffee mug. Whether you’re trying to save a bit (or a lot) of dosh on overpriced takeaway coffees, or you just don’t trust anyone else to make you a decent cup is by the by. If you love your joe and you’re always on the move, a travel mug is the natural choice. But which one?
Best travel wallets
Business trip or for leisure, a travel wallet is a handy way to keep all of your documents in one place. With a simple flick through the pockets, you can tick off your passport, boarding cards and other necessary items, leaving you to breeze through the airport predominantly worry-free - we’ll leave the conflicting decision on whether you should buy your friends a 1 litre bottle of booze each at duty-free up to you.
