HTC Desire HD specs released?

HTC HD phone could arrive by Oct

HTC's latest iPhone challenger could arrive by late this year.

A UK online retailer has released the rumoured specs for what will be called the HTC Desire HD or HTC Ace.

The smartphone, which will become the flagship of the UK HTC product line, will supposedly be released later this year with specs that are most defintely not to be sniffed at.

Using the same 1GHZ Snapdragon processor found on the current Desire, it'll be well equipped to handle the hefty specs that its rumoured to be carrying. Running Android 2.2 and with an 8 megapixel camera, 4.3inch WVGA screen and HD 720p video capture, it's not hard to make comparisons between this phone and the 4G EVO that has been released in the US. Could this be the UK equivalent?

To wet our appetites yet further there are reports that the phone will have a 'alluminium unibody design' like that found on the stupidly good looking HTC Legend. With all these reports combined, it makes for a long summer before we can finally see what HTC has in store for us.
