Gaming's football great and PES 2012 rival FIFA 12 has topped the UK All FOrmat Gaming Chart for a second consecutive week outselling a number of long awaited new entries

EA Sport’s premier football title FIFA 12 has topped the UK All Format Gaming Chart for a second week seeing off stiff competition from a number of high profile new entries.

Following a record breaking opening week of sales, FIFA 12 has maintained its form outselling new to once again top the table of the UK Gaming Chart. The eagerly awaited arrival of Rage could only secure second spot whilst fellow debutant Dark Souls rounded out the week ending October 8th in third.

Maintaining the order of last week’s chart but dropping two places apiece Gears of War 3, F1 2011 and Dead Island landed in places four through to six respectively with former chart toppers Zumba Fitness and Deus Ex: Human Revolution in seventh and eighth spots.

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean remains in the top ten touching down in ninth position one place above Resistance 3. The only other new entry to make the week’s top 40 is NBA 2K12in 12th position.
