The iFit programme is the NordicTrack personal training platform. Personalised to each person, users unlock 130 interactive personal trainers and hundreds of workouts when they purchase a NordicTrack machine. The personal trainer can be accessed on the iFit app or on your machine, and they’ll talk you through your workout while adjusting your machine when necessary.
NordicTrack have become well known for their Strength Vault.
