What to watch on Netflix? A question that will likely live on for years to come, as the streaming platform continues to add numerous new movies on a near-weekly basis. So many releases, so little time. So, where to begin?

To help with this conundrum, every month T3 rounds up what's trending, what's got critics talking and crucially, what films are worth your time. These movies are specifically aimed at those in the UK with a Netflix account, however, the majority of them can be found in other regions – mainly any Netflix Originals.

Of course, there is always the option to take up a VPN so that you can start watching the likes of Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Apple TV Plus and the many, many more streamers out there from wherever you are in the world. Right, let's get to what movies you should watch on Netflix in November 2022. For a more up to date update, check out the best new films to stream on Netflix and the best new films to stream on Disney Plus.

All Quiet on the Western Front

War movies are one of the oldest genres in Hollywood and yet, All Quiet on the Western Front is making waves as one of the biggest new exclusive streaming releases on the platform this year. Based on the 1929 novel of the same name by Erich Maria Remarque, it tells the story of a 20-year-old German soldier called Paul Bäumer (Felix Kammerer), who heads to war in hope of being a hero before quickly realising the terrifying ordeals that come with it. This is pulled from Remarque's own hands-on experience and is set to be an uncomfortable but important watch.

Enola Holmes 2

Millie Bobby Brown. Henry Cavill. Helen Bonham Carter. All playing members of the Sherlock Holmes family – why didn't you say? Two years on from the surprise Netflix hit, Enola Holmes returns now as a detective-for-hire just like her infamous brother. But once her first official case involves the search for a missing girl, a dangerous conspiracy begins to unravel that will require the help of the whole Holmes family. If it's anything like the original, expect a charming adventure that works for both kids and adults alike.

Enola Holmes will release on November 4th, 2022, across Netflix

Slumberland

A young girl (Marlow Barkley) discovers a secret map to the dreamworld of Slumberland, and with the help of an eccentric outlaw (Jason Momoa), she traverses dreams and flees nightmares, with the hope that she will be able to see her late father again. The upcoming fantasy adventure offers striking visuals, a quirky sense of humour and what we're hoping to be an imaginative adventure. It's also refreshing to see the Aquaman star letting his hair down: “If I’m not having fun, I’m doing my job wrong,” he concludes the trailer with.
