Facebook's search results now show 'liked' stories

Users can see what their Facebook friends "like"

Facebook search clues you in on what your friends like.

With Facebook's latest gift to social stalkers, the Subscribe button, recently coming out, their search results has also received an upgrade.

Articles which are ranked by the number of 'likes' they have are being shown in Facebook search. This is based on the number of likes and the number of friends who liked that object. So if you type in a term and someone in your friends list has recently liked something similar, then it will show up in the results.

With the search results more relevant now as it includes news articles that users like, it brings focus on how the like feature can be used to change search results for users. Facebook has not yet commented on their refurbished search tool.
