Bioshock Infinite is looking set to not only be one of the big games of the year but also one of the best looking, or at least if this trailer is anything to go by

Microsoft Xbox turns 10
The latest Bioshock Infinite trailer has gone online and although it's only just over a minute long it sufficiently showcases just how good the Xbox 360 and PS3 title will look.
Set on the physically and socially unstable floating city of Columbia the next game is a long way from the underwater depths of the first two games.
Bioshock Infinite 1999 Mode unveiled
Irrational Games have revealed a new '1999 Mode' for BioShock Infinite which will significantly change the way a player can play the game making the experience not only more challenging, but they hope, more rewarding.
After having conducted a survey which asked gamers how they want to play a game they then digested the results and produced '1999 Mode!', a version of the game which sees decisions become irreversible and save games a rarity.
"Resource planning? If you’re to survive this mode, proper planning will be crucial. Combat specialisations? You’ll need to develop them efficiently and effectively throughout the story; any weapon will be useless to you unless you have that specialisation."
Irrational Games' Creative Director Ken Levine was adamant that save games also become something you hold onto, and dearly. When asked about them he replied “there are game saves, and you’re gonna f***ing need them.”
Coming as standard on BioShock Infinite the new '1999 Mode!' will be making gamers sweat and with no release date as yet we'll just have to wait and see.
