Dell Venue Pro get Windows Phone 7 NoDo update

Copy and paste on way to PC cobbler's top-end smarties

Update will be followed by patch to fix bugs says Dell.

Dell’s Venue Pro Windows Phone 7 handset is the latest to get Microsoft’s much-anticipated “NoDo” update, which brings copy and paste smarts to the Big M’s slick mobile operating system.

The news comes straight from Dell, which has announced on Twitter that rollout has already begun. Word is it will be followed by another update, this time a Dell-made one that aims to fix any bugs with the device.

Microsoft recently released a “NoDo” update schedule to keep punter informed of just when its string of phones would be getting the software boost. It was initially planned for a February release, but was delayed after a preliminary update bricked a number of Samsung WP7 handsets.
