An unexpected brand expands into the frozen dessert market
QUICK SUMMARY
Nutribullet has launched the Chill ice cream maker.
Available to pre-order now, the Nutribullet Chill has five preset programs, and a powerful 360 dual-sided and dual-directional blade to mix up desserts quickly.
Forget the Ninja Creami – Nutribullet has used its blender expertise to create its very own frozen dessert and ice cream maker. The new Nutribullet Chill has five preset programs, and whips them up quickly using a powerful motor and 360 blade technology.
When the Ninja Creami debuted in 2021, it became insanely popular, mainly due to its speedy blending. Like most traditional ice cream makers, the Ninja Creami requires you to pre-make and freeze your mixture the night before, but unlike older ice cream machines, it doesn’t take hours to churn but whips up your ice cream in as little as five minutes.
The new Nutribullet Chill acts in a similar way, thanks to its quick churning technology. It’s powered by a speedy 500W motor base, and uses a 360 double-sided and dual-directional blade that rotates quickly and smoothly to make delicious ice cream and other frozen treats.
Weighing just 5.27kg and with a height of 383.1mm, the Nutribullet Chill is surprisingly compact and can sit comfortably in your kitchen for quick, summer treats. It has an illuminated LED display which allows you to pick your program, and has a progress ring that lights up to track the machine’s churning.
The five preset programs on offer are ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yoghurt and smoothie bowls. It comes with two 470ml cups so you can make up to two servings at a time. They’re easy to store, too and come with lids so you can seal your frozen treats properly.
What’s even better about the Nutribullet Chill’s cups is that they’re compatible with other Nutribullet products, including its Turbo, Ultra and Ultra Plus+ blenders. So, if you want to take your smoothies or drinks on the go, you can use your existing Nutribullet blender and the new Chill cups for easy travel and storage.
The Nutribullet Chill is available to pre-order now for £199.99 at Nutribullet. Customers can choose between black, white and latte beige colourways.
