The Mini 4K is the most affordable in DJI's Mini series, yet it offers 4K video, a 3-axis gimbal and up to 31 minutes of flight time on a single charge. If you're looking for something meatier, the DJI Mini 3 (with the DJI RC controller) is nearly $200 off, too.
Lightweight and beginner-friendly, the DJI Mini 4K captures crisp 4K video and stable aerial shots without FAA registration. With up to 31 minutes of flight time, GPS stabilisation and intuitive controls, it’s an easy entry point into drone photography.
The DJI Mini 4K Camera Drone Combo includes the ultra-light drone, controller, two batteries and a carry case. It shoots sharp 4K video, offers stable GPS-assisted flight and delivers up to 31 minutes per charge for extended, hassle-free aerial filming sessions.
The DJI Mini 4K is a lightweight, foldable drone designed for beginners who want solid imaging without the complexity of pro models.
Weighing just 246g, it sits below key regulatory thresholds while remaining highly portable. It features a 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor capable of shooting 12MP stills and recording crisp 4K video at up to 30fps, stabilised by a three-axis gimbal for smooth footage even in wind.
Flight performance is strong for the price, with up to 31 minutes of battery life and a maximum transmission range of 10km using DJI’s O2 system. GPS-assisted hovering, automatic Return-to-Home and one-tap take-off make it easy to fly, while QuickShots modes like Dronie, Helix and Rocket help create cinematic clips with minimal input.
It also offers 4x digital zoom and decent wind resistance, though it lacks obstacle avoidance. Overall, the Mini 4K delivers a well-rounded mix of portability, image quality and ease of use at an accessible price point.
