Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 to get TouchWiz

Honeycomb version of the Samsung UI is incoming.

It's been a good old wait, but now Samsung is finally giving its customers TouchWiz on a tablet.

Samsung's website has confirmed that a major software update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be coming soon to the tablet, containing the much anticipated Honeycomb version of TouchWiz.

Along with Samsung's devisive UI the update will bring a plethora of new features including a multimedia clipboard for copying and pasting images, video and the such. You'll also get the Samsung MediaHub, Swype and a remote tracking and wiping function in case you lose it.

Finally the software update will, with the right accessories, unlock connectivity functionality allowing the tablet to connect and communicate with USB, SD and HDMI.
