PlayStation Move: Sony opens official site

Official hub serves up all the details on new controller

New portal shows up just days before more details are due at E3.

Sony’s clearly gearing itself up to go large with PlayStation Move, unveiling a sleek new portal for all the official info on its wannabe Wii-botherer.

The new site touts a stack of information on the games to expect, including Toy Story 3, Socom 4, Sports Champions and, um, TV Superstars. Fortunately, there’s also the promise of ‘more launch games to be announced soon’, meaning we’re not lumbered with just a handful of questionable titles when Move lands in Autumn.

The official pages also feature clips on how games are developed for PlayStation Move, not to mention some tasty shots of men taking golf using the controller far too seriously and a child trying to make like Robin Hood. We’ll stick to waving it about like idiots, thanks.

PlayStation Move is due to get detailed further at E3, which officially kicks off on 15 June. Keep it here for all the news from the gaming megashow as it happens.
