Google+ integration into YouTube has already happened but now it would seem as though your reviews and comments will also now carry your moniker

Google+ is now integrated with the Google Play Store which means that any reviews or comments written by Google Plus members will now appear with their name.
This comes after Google first integrated its Google Plus profiles into YouTube and now it would seem the plan is to integrate as many of the companies services under the social network umbrella.
What this does mean however is that anonymous reviews are no longer possible, so it doesn't matter whether you've written a shining appraisal or a damming review, both will show that you are the author.
One explanation for this move could be that Google is trying to improve the quality of user feedback, by forcing people to reveal themselves it can help to prevent trolling and unhelpful reviews.

We're working to fix the problem right now and will have it working as soon as possible
