The trailer shows the high-octane action the shooter series is famous for to be presenty and correct, as well as the usual list of medals, emblems and accomplishments players can expect from pulling off a variety of kills. The video shows tags such as 'Red Baron', which the player earns from executing a kill with a armed Parrot Drone, and 'Flyswatter, which they earn from knock a Drone out of the sky with ordinance.
A collection of high-tech gadgets are also displayed in the trailer. Apart from the aforementioned drones, which players can use to pepper their opponents with bullets, players also have access to grenades that disrupt their enemies' electrical equipment, and riot shields, which can be deployed as cover.
There also seems to be a large arsenal of weapons for players to utilise, including firearms, explosive projectiles and edged weapons; our personal favourite is the nasty-looking hatchet used at about 1:21 in the video.
The online mode in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 is easily one of the game's most important components and its success may ultimately dictate the fortunes of the game containing it. T3 will be getting a hands-on with the multiplayer mode and will post our first impressions in the very near future.
