What makes it special is its dual temperature sensors, which monitor both the internal and external environment and automatically adjust the baking cycle. It also comes with 31 automatic programmes, covering everything from whole wheat and sourdough to brioche, pizza dough and even cake, plus four dedicated gluten-free options.

One of my favourite features has to be the automatic yeast and raisin/nut dispensers, which add ingredients at exactly the right moment during the cycle.
