Sihoo C300 Pro V2 office chair review: Comfortable, supportive but with too many adjustments
How many adjustments is too many? The Sihoo C300 Pro V2 tests the limits
Is there such a thing as too many adjustments? Unfortunately, yes and the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 has them in spades. But if you can get past the ease and number of adjustments the armrests have, the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 is a comfortable office chair that keeps you supported from all angles, whether you’re slouching or sitting up straight.

Why you can trust T3
As someone who likes to sit and sleep as curled up as possible, I often have back issues which are exacerbated more when sitting in an uncomfortable office chair all day. Lucky for me, I get to test office chairs for a living, and I recently got the joy of testing the new Sihoo C300 Pro V2, and my back is thanking me for it.
Launched in 2026, the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 is dubbed the brand’s ‘first full-body adaptive ergonomic chair’ and it has more adjustments than you can shake a stick at. Pair that with a comfortable frame and supportive design and you have all the hallmarks of a good office chair – but is there such a thing as too many adjustments? I spent a few weeks sitting on the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 to find out.
Sihoo C300 Pro V2 review: price and availability
The Sihoo C300 Pro V2 is available to buy for £459.99 / $499.99 at Sihoo and select retailers, like Amazon. It only comes in one colour option which is white and grey.
Sihoo C300 Pro V2 review: unboxing and setup
The Sihoo C300 Pro V2 arrived in two separate large cardboard boxes and in pieces, including the arms, wheels, base, body, and head rest. It also came with lots of different screws, so be prepared for quite a hefty set up!
Having said that, the set up process was fairly straightforward. Setting up office chairs used to be my least favourite thing to do, but putting together the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 wasn’t very difficult, despite being fiddly in some places. I’d estimate it took me about 90 minutes to put it together.
An issue I found when assembling the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 was its weight. When the main body of the chair was put together, it was quite heavy to slot onto the base and I had to ask my colleague to help me. Another annoying thing was the arm and body adjustments kept sliding and clicking when I was trying to put them together.

Sihoo C300 Pro V2 review: design and features
Sihoo is known for its mesh material, and the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 has been upgraded with the brand’s Cloud Mesh 2.0, a new mesh which is more durable and breathable than before. The mesh makes up the majority of the chair, including the main cushion, back, head rest and lumbar, while the frame is nylon and the base is a heavy-duty aluminium alloy.

The Sihoo C300 Pro V2 sits atop a star-shaped base with five smooth PU castor wheels. The 8D armrests can be adjusted by height, depth, width, rotation, tilt and more, and the wide-angle headrest can also comfortably move up and down to protect the head and neck.
Speaking of support and adjustments, the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 offers dynamic back and body support which adapts to your body type and works to keep the spine aligned. It has eight core functions and 14 adjustment options, most of which can be done by pushing or pulling the section of the chair, or by using the levers underneath and at the back.
Sihoo C300 Pro V2 review: performance
I’m very particular about my office chairs, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I enjoyed the feel and support of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2. The mesh material took some time to get used to but I found it very comfortable to sit on and enjoyed the feel of it, especially at my back.
The wheels of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 were extremely smooth, even on carpet. They felt very sturdy when clicking into the base, and they glided nicely across the floors without veering off track. The main cushion also had a nice bounce to it.

The lumbar support of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 was my favourite part of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2. I sit and sleep very curled up so my back is often angry with me, but the lumbar cushion on the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 cradled my lower back and kept my spine aligned. It was a nice constant presence at my back which also reminded me to check my posture throughout the day.
While I thought the headrest was a nice touch, I didn’t find myself using it very often. It felt a bit too far back even when I adjusted it, and while I liked the mesh material elsewhere on the chair, it wasn’t the most comfortable to lean on. Sihoo does offer a footrest with the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 but my chair didn’t come with one so I can’t review that part of it.
My main issue with the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 was its arm adjustments. Maybe this is the case of “my steak’s too juicy and lobster’s too buttery” but there were far too many armrest adjustments for my liking. The 8D movement covers all bases but the arms moved far too easily – sometimes a simple knock would make it change direction.
Oftentimes, the armrests would lift or move side to side as I was simply moving the chair which got quite annoying. I was also unsure why some of the adjustments were even available but I’m sure some people will enjoy them – but for now, not me.
Another thing I noticed was how at a neutral position, the arms were quite close together on either side of my body. I’m quite a slim, short person and at times, the arms made me feel a bit boxed in so I can only imagine broader and taller people having issues.

Sihoo C300 Pro V2 review: verdict
Once I got past the (too) many adjustments of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2, I found the office chair to be comfortable, supportive and flexible. It really does offer everything you could possibly want from an office chair, and even some things you don’t want.
In my opinion, the headrest of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2 could be better and the armrests could probably have at least a handful of its 8D positions removed. But the upgraded mesh is comfy, breathable and bouncy, and I stayed aligned and without aches and pains for the full 8-9 hours I would sit in it.
Sihoo C300 Pro V2 review: alternatives to consider
If you like the look of the Sihoo C300 Pro V2, the Boulies EP200 has a very similar design. Reliable and nice to sit in, the Boulies EP200 is a great option for your office setup, and it won’t break the bank, either.
Another good option from Sihoo is the Sihoo Ergonomic Office Chair. It’s much more basic than the Sihoo C300 Pro V2, and still has an array of adjustments and support to keep your body feeling good after sitting down for hours.
