Nokia 5630 XpressMusic handset unveiled
Slimmer than a supermodel's sandwich
If you're after something a bit slimmer (and indeed more conventional) for your music than the Tube 5800 XpressMusic, you just might take a shine to the Nokia 5630 XpressMusic .
It's back to that candybar shape for Nokia, this time with a slimline handset that's just 12mm thin. Looks can be deceptive though, with the 5630 XpressMusic more than capable of mixing it with its chunky cousins. For a start, this Symbian smartphone ticks all the musical boxes, able to store up to 3,000 tunes via the provided 4GB memory card, as well as offering stereo Bluetooth, FM stereo/internet radio and Nokia's rather clever 'say and play' feature, which as you might have guessed, means you just say a tune or artist to hear it over the speakers or headphones.
But this is no one-trick pony either. The 5630 XpressMusic also throws in high-speed HSDPA connectivity, which means apps and downloads aplenty, not to mention N-Gage, offering a multitude of mobile games at your fingertips. Add to that a spot of casual photography with the 3.2 megapixel camera and you've got an all-round entertainer to rival Bruce Forsyth.
Look out for the Nokia 5630 XpressMusic as summer breaks, priced around 199 Euros or free with a contract.
