If Garmin’s release cadence is anything to go by, a new Fenix model could arrive later this year. And if the current price of the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Solar is anything to go by, retailers may already be preparing for it.

Right now, Garmin’s flagship solar smartwatch has dropped to just £379.99 on Amazon, a massive 50% discount that undercuts many mid-range rivals. While nothing is confirmed, steep price cuts like this often point to stock being cleared ahead of a new release.

Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Solar: was £739.99 now £379.99 at Amazon

Now £379.99 on Amazon, the Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Solar has dropped 50%. You’re getting solar charging, multi-band GPS, maps and a built-in flashlight for less than many mid-range watches. One of the best outdoor deals available right now.

The Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Solar is one of Garmin’s most feature-packed outdoor watches, built for endurance athletes and adventurers.

It uses a Power Glass solar-charging lens to extend battery life to up to 37 days in smartwatch mode or over 100 hours in GPS tracking with sufficient sunlight.

The watch features a large 1.4-inch MIP display housed in a rugged 51mm case with a steel bezel and fibre-reinforced polymer body, plus 10ATM water resistance for swimming and harsh conditions.

It supports multi-band GPS alongside systems like Galileo and GLONASS for improved accuracy, and includes full-colour topo maps and turn-by-turn navigation.

On the fitness side, it tracks heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress, VO2 max, and advanced training metrics, while offering dozens of activity profiles.

Extras such as a built-in LED flashlight, 32GB storage for music, and smartwatch features like notifications and payments round out its all-in-one appeal.
