ViewSonic to unveil 22-inch Android tablet this year?

ViewSonic's 'Smart business tablet monitor' to be unveiled later this year?

While tech companies such as Samsung have been pushing the line between tablet and smartphone with the Galaxy Note, this is something else entirely

ViewSonic could well be unveiling a massive 22-inch tablet at the June Computex event in Taiwan making it certainly the largest Ice Cream Sandwich tablet and quite possibly the largest tablet to date.

The event runs from the 5th to the 9th of June and will see the tablet being promoted as a 'Smart business tablet monitor'. This behemoth of multi-touch has been penned for the commercial market selling itself as the perfect boardroom device for large and clear presentations.

While it's certainly possible to use it in the home its 22-inch screen and inevitably larger frame will make it quite a handful if you're simple planning on updating Twitter every now and then.

There's no word on specs and as yet no word on what other sectors they plan on marketing it to but expect it to be priced at quite a bit more than your average 10-inch Android tablet.
