An upgrade that pushes updates from Hotmail will be available this Monday.
Hotmail push email for iPhone 4, Palm and Windows Phone 7
An upgrade that allows Hotmail users to get their email updates on their mobile phones will be activated on Monday.
The feature is said to be useful on phones that support dual ActiveSync accounts, which include the Palm Pre, the Apple iPhone 4 and Windows Phone 7 handsets. Users that don't connect to an Exchange Server can also use the feature if their phones have ActiveSync support.
