Following its official launch back in March the Apple iPad 2 has dominated the tablet market batting away attempted competition from an influx of high profile Android devices and RIM’s touted iPad killer, the BlackBerry PlayBook.

Shaving millimetres off its form factor whist adding cameras to the device’s front and rear Apple has dramatically improved its iOS powered tablet from the first generation to the second resulting in many who had staved off early adoption of the original model queuing outside Apple stores across the world ahead prior to the device’s launch.
On the receiving end of an all-round specs overhaul, Apple fitted the iPad 2 with an ARM A5 dual-core processor with the zippy CPU now set to make an appearance in the recently unveiled Apple iPhone 4S.
