All HTC Android phones get FroYo in China

Move means Android 2.2 shouldn't be far off for rest of us

Desire and Wildfire both getting FroYo with HTC Sense in China.

HTC has announced all of its Android phones being sold in China will come with Android 2.2 FroYo already on board. What’s more, it’ll play nice with HTC Sense, fuelling rumours that an update on these shores isn’t far off.

The Taiwanese mobile maker has only just confirmed it’s going to sell blowers under its own name in China. Just a few weeks back one staffer said FroYo’s roll out across all its Android phones could take the rest of the year.
