We've been reporting on all the best early deals for Memorial Day and have been seeing some huge discounts across all sites, departments and products. Whether you're looking for something in particular or you just fancy seeing what's on offer, here are our main predictions for what to expect from the Memorial Day weekend.
1. All thing Gardening
As we approach summer, gardening tools and patio furniture are already being heavily discounted from stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Best Buy, Walmart and more. We suggest keeping an eye out on gardening tools like lawn mowers, trimmers and blowers to get your garden party ready. More popular gardening products on sale are grills and barbeques. 2. Lots of tech!
Every sales season is full of tech deals. This Memorial Day, keep an eye out for 4K TVs, laptops and headphones.
For 4K TVs, one of the best deals we've found is on the LG A1 Series 48" 4K UHD OLED Smart TV which is over $1000 off at Walmart. There are also tons of laptop deals on HP, Dell, Microsoft, ASUS and Acer devices. Chromebooks and 2-in-1 devices have been heavily discounted and Lenovo has up to 70% off on its site this weekend. Wireless and noise cancelling headphones and earbuds are also on sale and one of the best offers we've found is on the Beats Studio3 which are $150 off at Best Buy.
3. Update your furniture

Although Memorial Day 2022 isn't officially until Monday, I've just found one of the biggest price cuts on an LG 65-inch NanoCell TV. TVs are always popular during the holidays especially on Black Friday and Amazon Prime Day, and Memorial Day is no exception.

Since I'm currently browsing Best Buy, it only seems right to have a look around and post some of the deals that I find. Right now at Best Buy, you can get up to 41% off Amazon smart speakers and displays this Memorial Day weekend.
While Amazon Prime Day 2022 is definitely going to be the best sale for cheap Amazon devices, these prices at Best Buy are insanely impressive. If you're looking for a smart speaker or display, now is the best time to buy rather than wait around until July.
There are also plenty of bundle deals to be found on Amazon devices at Best Buy, including buying more than one Echo Dot speaker for an extra $10 off or buying an Echo Show smart display with Ring cameras for an even bigger discount.
As I mentioned before, tech is definitely going to be a big seller this year in the Memorial Day sales. One brand that's kicking off the weekend strong is Lenovo. Home Depot has a lot in its Memorial Day sale this year and as well as the main items there are some spotlight deals that last just days or even hours. Right now (and for the next 15 hours) it has some big savings in robot vacuums.
I love a good robo-vac, especially when they're not at full price. Some of the best savings come on the iRobot models, such as the Roomba 694, now just $214.99 or the Roomba i3+ with a self-emptying bin for $449.99
If you're looking for a new TV, there are lots of options at Best Buy right now. I've just found this Samsung NEO QLED 75-inch model with $600 off the list price, taking it to $2199.99. Or if you want to keep to a smaller size, you can get the equally impressive Samsung 50-inch QN90A model for just $899.99.
Dell is offering some huge savings all week for Memorial Day but these Alienware monitors are particularly interesting. The giant 38-inch Alienware Curved Gaming Monitor is now just $1199.99, with a saving of $750. Meanwhile, the 25-inch Alienware 240Hz display is now just $259.99, with a saving of $265. That's incredibly cheap for a fast refreshing gaming monitor.
While on the topic of Memorial Day gaming deals, those who are in need of a brand new PS5 controller can grab one pretty cheap this weekend at Best Buy. Available in a ton of sleek colors, including my personal favorite the Black model, the PS5 controller is an excellent PC gaming controller whether you're a console gamer or a desktop aficionado.
I recently upgraded my PC controller to the new PS5 DualSense and it's been a game changer. The improved design is way more comfortable, and provides a more responsive feel over the previous PS4 controller.

Good morning USA! Now we're into Memorial Day weekend, so I'm going to run down some more of the top savings for you. Let's get started with some options from Best Buy's Memorial Day sale.
This deal is so good, I had to just double-check it. LG's 65-inch 8K TV is now just $999.99. The original price was $2999.99, so that's a huge saving of $2,000. Finding an 8K TV under a grand is pretty much unheard of to date, so you need to be quick with this deal.
If you're not bothered about stepping up to 8K just yet, this Toshiba 65-inch 4K TV is just $499.99 – that's a saving of $500 on the $999.99 list price. It's an Amazon Fire TV and comes with hands-free Alexa operation as well as access to all the main streaming platforms.
Though it only has a 60Hz refresh rate, it does feature a 480 Motion Rate panel for smoother action and an Auto Low Latency Game Mode and VRR for gaming. There's DTS Virtual X sound and Dolby Vision HDR to complete the package. For the price, this is certainly a great option.
