Just last month, I reported on the Forerunner 165 hitting its lowest-ever price on Amazon. Now, the popular AMOLED running smartwatch has shed even more of its recommended retail price. It's been oscillating between its full asking price and approximately £173 all March, before hitting the all-time low of £167.56.

Admittedly, it's not a massive saving compared to last month's price, but it's still the cheapest the wearable has ever been, which is worth celebrating, since the Forerunner 165 is one of the most affordable Garmins to begin with. Get this capable watch for one-third off while you can.

Garmin's Forerunner 165 is a lightweight running watch with on-board training tools, including Garmin Coach plans, daily suggested workouts and accurate multi-band GPS. It has a bright AMOLED display, up to 11-day battery life and comprehensive health tracking, all for a sub-£170 price.

In my review, I gave the Garmin Forerunner 165 the maximum 5-star rating, praising its lightweight design, accurate tracking, and affordability.

It features a bright 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 390 x 390 resolution, paired with five physical buttons for easy control during workouts.

The watch offers multi-system GPS (GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo) alongside wrist-based heart rate tracking, sleep, stress, and recovery metrics, plus advanced running insights such as VO2 max, training effect, and daily suggested workouts.

Battery life is rated at up to 11 days in smartwatch mode or around 19 hours with GPS, while the lightweight 43mm case weighs roughly 39g and is water-resistant to 5ATM.

There are over 25 sport profiles included, and smart features such as notifications, Garmin Pay and optional onboard music storage round things out, making it a well-balanced entry-level performance watch.
