Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is now official thanks to Ubisoft unveiling game artwork, now though it appears as though there's one last next-gen piece to the puzzle
Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag release date on next-gen consoles confirmed
Games reviews
Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag will reportedly have a release date of October 29th and will be launching on the Sony PS4 and the new Xbox next-generation console.
This leak comes courtesy of games site gamingeverything who managed to uncover a page hidden in Ubisoft's website which shows not only the release date of the next Assassin's Creed game but also confirms that it will be launching on next-gen titles.
The web page also appears to show a space where a launch trailer will go, it's not yet known when this will become available but there has been confirmation that new information about the game will become available by 5pm on Monday.
There have been rumours that the new Assassin's Creed game will feature the grandfather of Assassin's Creed 3 hero, Connor as he traverses the high-seas. This is of course just speculation so stay tuned to T3 to find out all the details on Monday.
