Samsung ups the Smart TV stakes announcing the latest evolution in its range of connected sets - the Samsung ES8000 with voice control, dual core multi tasking and built-in camera at CES 2012.
Samsung today whipped the covers off their very latest Smart TV - the Samsung ES8000 LED TV - bringing dual-core processor power, app multi-tasking, face recognition and voice control to your TV set.

Revealed at Samsung's CES 2012 press conference and featuring a dual-core processor, the new Samsung ES8000 promises a slicker, faster TV experience and brings the kind of multi-tasking we've become accustomed to on our smartphones to your tellybox.
In addtion, it will also feature Samsung’s Smart Interaction technology – giving you the power to control your TV via motion or voice control and with face recognition that detects who's watching via the TV's built-in camera which will also mean its easier to make the most of apps like Skype and open up the potential for gaming and Kinect-style fitness apps.
Changes have also been made to the Smart TV interface in a bid to provide easier access to your favourite apps and content in one place - the Smart Hub.
While the addition of the Samsung's AllShare Play functionality allows users to upload and share multimedia content with compatible devices such as smartphones, tablets, cameras and computers.
