Can I get free delivery at Beerwulf?
Beerwulf offers free delivery on all beer orders. Deliveries should arrive within 1-3 working days from purchase. Orders will arrive between 8am - 10pm Monday to Saturday, and you can choose your preferred delivery date.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll be sent a tracking link with for the courier fulfilling your order the day before your order is due for delivery, so you can keep an eye on when it'll be delivered throughout the day.
Can I return my order?
Yes, Beerwulf operates a standard 30 day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items. Returns are free, and you'll need to organise for your order to be collected with Yodel. All items will need to be sent back in the condition they were received in.
How long do refunds take?
Beerwulf will process the refund for your order within 14 days of it arriving at the Beerwulf warehouse.
