Is there a See Tickets app?
Yes, the See Tickets app is free to download for iOS and Android via the Apple App and Google Play stores respectively. Through the app, you'll be able to sign in to your account to see all your tickets in a digital wallet, letting you easily access them on the door for easy entry.
You can also transfer tickets to friends' accounts if you can no longer attend a gig or bought tickets for a group, with guidance on how to do so available through the brand's support portal. Note that digital ticket info may vary depending on the venue at which your your event is taking place - you can also find venue-specific info in the support hub.
What is See Tickets Fan to Fan?
Fan to Fan is the official See Tickets fan resale section, where members can resell tickets to events they can no longer attend through the brand's dedicated portal. See Tickets guarantees only 100% verified tickets are sold through Fan to Fan, letting you avoid scalpers and scammers, plus the platform supports instant ticket transfers, unlimited free ticket listings (so you won't be a thing to resell through the service), and capped and fair pricing for further scam and rip-off protection.
Does See Tickets offer refunds?
As a general rule, no - ticket sales are final, with no refunds on offer unless events have been significantly changed or altered (e.g. cancelled, change of date or lineup). Where refunds are available, there will be an 'I would like a refund' button on display on the ticket page. Clicking this will mean your refund is processed within 28 days.
What is TicketPlan?
TicketPlan is a third-party returns insurance partner that See Tickets partners with to allow customers to purchase returns insurance on selected tickets at the checkout. Your policy will entitle you to claim a refund in the event you cannot attend your event due to illness, accidents, transport problems, or other unforeseen circumstances, as See Tickets itself does not offer refunds (unless events are significantly changed). If you are interested in adding this to your See Tickets order, you will see the option to add TicketPlan insurance at the checkout before you order for selected events.
