Best TV deals on Amazon Prime Day

Amazon Prime Day deal TV deals

We doubt we'll see the Sony AF8 discounted on Prime Day, but could we see OLED and LED 4K TV deals?

We know from Amazon that come Amazon Prime Day 2018 you'll be able to score up to 30 per cent off TVs from Sony, LG and Toshiba. However, obviously the other top brands will be on board too, so look out for deals on Samsung, Panasonic, Hisense and the oft-underrated Philips.

We spend way too much time reviewing all the best 4K TVs, best TVs under £1000, and best TVs under £500 – or at any rate our elderly TV reviewing retainer, Steve May does – and we know that TVs from LG and Sony are quality, whilst those from Toshiba are superb value.

We're pretty sure we won't see top-tier 2018 flagships discounted – like the Sony AF8 and LG C8 – however, we're thinking we could see big price cuts on last year's OLED and LED TVs – and let us tell you readers: last year's best OLED and LED TVs were awesome AF.

Hopefully, you'll be able to score a really great 4K, HDR TV for less than ever before. You simply don't need to go £3,000+ monstrous flagship or bust to get awesome picture quality anymore, anyway.

What TV sizes do we think we'll see discounted? Between 35 and 65 inches going off past Prime Day discounts, which again should mean almost all people should be catered for in terms of a TV deal that is right for them.
