Looking for the best gaming deal on Horizon Forbidden West? Then you've come to the right place. We've searched high and low to round up the best PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 pre-order deals you can find on Sony's next blockbuster.

Developed by Guerilla Games, Horizon Forbidden West is an action RPG sequel to the award-winning 2017 game, Horizon Zero Dawn. Set in the 31st century, we follow huntress Aloy as she makes her way to the Forbidden West in hope of stopping a new mysterious plague before it destroys all life.

It's also being worth aware that anyone who purchases a PS4 copy of Horizon Forbidden West can upgrade to PS5 for free, whereas the PS5 version of the game by itself is £10 / $10 more. So it makes sense to get the PS4 and upgrade, really.

Details of what's included in the Digital Deluxe Edition and Collector's Edition pre-orders can be found on Sony's blog (opens in new tab), including additional costumes, artbook, digital soundtrack and a Tremortusk statue!

Why you should order Horzion Forbidden West today

Video games don't come much bigger than this. Horizon Zero Dawn was a smash hit in every sense when it first launched back in 2017 and now the sequel looks to build upon that in every way imaginable. It even has the star power to flaunt with The Matrix's Carrie-Anne Moss and Black Panther's Angela Bassett both voicing roles.

This is without a doubt the biggest release from Sony for the PlayStation 5 yet, and you can't play it anywhere else. This is a first-party triple-A exclusive with all the bells and whistles. Inspired by California, Nevada and Utah, the action RPG is set to feature a brimming open world filled with mechanical machines – just imagine massive metal dinosaurs roaming the earth.

Horizon Forbidden West is a game that will likely boast dozens upon dozens of hours of content as well as what we're hoping to be a compelling narrative, if the original is anything to go by. Don't miss out on what will no doubt be a game of the generation contender.

Horizon Forbidden West will officially launch on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on February 18th, 2022. Make sure to read T3's official Horizon Forbidden West review to find out our thoughts and see if it's worth picking up on day one.
