Peak Design's new travel wallet range is its most unexpected yet and it's made from a material you’ve never heard of
A new three-piece wallet lineup introduces TerraShell Ultra, a slim, weatherproof, PFAS-free fabric built for modern EDC
Peak Design has quietly dropped a new trio of travel wallets, and they look set to become the brand’s next runaway everyday-carry staples.
The range introduces a proprietary material called TerraShell Ultra, an ultra-thin, flexible, weatherproof, PFAS-free fabric designed to make traditional billfolds feel like relics from another era.
It’s RFID-blocking, too, so these colourful little slabs of organisation aren’t just pretty, they’re also practical.
Under the surface (of slimness)
The lineup includes a Passport Wallet, an Everyday Billfold, and a slimmed-down cardholder for the minimalists.
Each one takes Peak Design’s familiar approach: obsessively engineered, built to last, and available in a palette that makes EDC feel fun rather than purely functional.
Sage greens, rich burgundies, sunny yellows, deep charcoal blacks; the brand has leaned fully into colour-coded carry, and the result feels almost collectable.
The most feature-packed option, the Passport Wallet, holds up to two passports, eight cards, and fifteen bills, and even squeezes in a pen slot without puffing up.

Travellers who are used to bulky folios will appreciate how flat it stays, even when fully loaded.
The Billfold is more traditional but still incredibly slim, while the Everyday Slim Wallet uses a hidden pull-tab mechanism for quick access, an intuitive little detail that feels very Peak Design.
A pocket-sized ecosystem
Place these wallets next to the hats, pens, sketchbooks, bottles, and accessories shown in Peak Design’s colour-themed press visuals, and everything feels like part of a much bigger system: a pocketable universe designed around colour, texture, and utility.
Peak Design’s bags and camera straps already dominate the EDC scene, and these new wallets feel like the missing puzzle pieces.
They are small enough to disappear in your pocket, refined enough to outlast trends, and interesting enough to make you rethink the humble cardholder.
The new range is available now at Peak Design, with prices from $39.95 / £34.95 / AU$84.95 / €39.99.
