I’m a smart home expert, and if I had to buy a whole new smart security system, this is the bundle I’d pick – and it’s better than half price in the Amazon Big Spring Sale.
Blink is an affordable smart security brand owned and operated by Amazon. It’s a ‘cheaper’ alternative to Ring, but while it might come with a small price tag, its range of security cameras and doorbells offer good camera quality, easy set-up and reliable notifications.
Originally priced at $179.98, this Blink bundle is now just $64.99, so you can get a new outdoor security camera and video doorbell for better than half price. Blink’s Sync Module XR system hub is also included.
If I were to make a new home security system from scratch, I’d prioritise a video doorbell and security camera. The video doorbell covers the front door, and ensures you don’t miss any parcels and have a clear view of what’s happening outside, while the security camera could double that security at the front, or give a clear view of the garden if installed at the back.
That’s exactly what this Blink security bundle is offering. The doorbell has head-to-toe views, while the camera offers 1080p HD video resolution as well as two-way audio and infrared night vision.
