Sadly no, O'Neill does not currently offer free delivery to the UK, they ship from their warehouse in the Netherlands which costs £6.95 and takes 4-5 days.

Does O'Neill run small?
O'Neill wetsuits are generally considered to be very true to their size chart, and their Technobutter neoprene is incredibly stretchy. Meanwhile their more lifestyle and everyday clothing is generally true to size, but leans toward a slim/athletic surf fit. If you prefer baggy clothing, size up.
