Does my Braun order include free shipping?
When you spend more than £40, Braun includes standard delivery free of charge, with a £2.99 fee added to orders under this total (£6.49 if your order is being shipped to Ireland). Standard delivery usually arrives in 2 - 4 working days (3 - 5 in Ireland), but you can also opt for Next Working Day delivery at the checkout for £4.
Can I refer a friend to Braun?
Absolutely! If someone you know wants to save a little on their first Braun order, you can get a referral link by signing in to your account through the brand's site. Send the link to your friend to get them 10% off at the checkout when they spend £50 or more (with a max saving of £20). Not only will they save on their order, you'll also get £10 store credit to add to a future order.
Does Braun accept returns?
Yes, customers can send back any items they're unhappy with within 30 days of placing their order to get a full refund, so long as the items in question are unused and unopened. Braun partners with ZigZag to handle its returns - to get started, just head to the dedicated portal, choose a returns shipping method (the brand will cover the cost of this), and your refund should be credited to your account 3 - 5 working days after your item makes it back to the warehouse.
How does the Braun money-back guarantee work?
Braun offers a 100-day money-back guarantee on selected devices, giving you a little longer to return certain models if you decide they aren't up to scratch. If you've bought one of the 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 Series shavers, an AIO and MGK styling products, a Silk-épil epilators, or a silk-expert IPL devices, you'll have 100 days from your date of purchase to request a full refund for any reason - just be aware that you will need to arrange and cover the cost of your own return shipping if you do so outside the usual 30-day returns period.
