Halo: Reach - New trailer and celebrity competition

Bungie's latest incarnation is given a celebrity boost through the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Ben Cohen and Jason Bradbury

As if the new campaign trailer wasn't enough to wet our appetites. Microsoft has launched a competition in which the winners will potentially be able to lead or fight against, a team of celebrities on the upcoming blockbuster.

The competition, called 'Looking for a leader' will see winners go head-to-head against Rio Ferdinand, Ben Cohen, T4 presenter Jameela Jamil and The Gadget Show's Jason Bradbury with a final celebrity to be announced next week.

This is of course all in aid of promoting Bungie's latest, and possibly last Halo game: Reach. The game see's a team of Spartan super soldiers take on the Covenent as they invade Reach, a human controlled planet.

Set as a prequel to the Master Chief focused Halo, Halo 2 and Halo 3, the game will be 'the most challenging of the Halo games yet' according to Bungie's Niles Sankey.

Halo: Reach is due for release on September 14th for Xbox 360, check out the latest trailer and let us know if you'll be 'joining the fight' via Facebook or Twitter.
