How can I claim Otty free delivery?
Otty offers free standard delivery on all UK orders. This option will get your order to your first door within 3 to 5 working days.
Will my Otty mattress be delivered to my bedroom?
If you select their standard delivery option, your order will only be delivered to either the front door of your house or the main door to your apartment building. For your new mattress to be delivered to your chosen room, you will need to select their premium delivery service. You can also have your old mattress collected for a £40 charge.
Is there an Otty student discount code?
Students can save on their next purchase thanks to the Otty student discount. Simply verify your student status with Student Beans and you will receive a 7% Otty promo code to save on your next order.
Is there an Otty NHS discount code?
Otty has offered Blue Light Card discounts in the past however, unfortunately, this isn't available currently. Should this type of offer become available again, we will let you know right away. In the meantime, you can save on your next order with one of our Otty discount codes.
What is the Otty 100 night trial?
The Otty 100 night trial is available on select mattresses. From the date of delivery, you will have 100 nights to make sure that you have chosen the right mattress for you. If it isn't the right fit, you will need to notify Otty that you would like to return within the first 100 days and they will arrange a free collection. Your full purchase price will refunded to you within 14 days.
What is the Otty returns policy?
Otty has multiple return policies depending on what product you’ve bought. Head to the Otty website and follow the returns process. Once Otty receives and inspects your order, a refund will be issued. For mattresses, you can return them within 100 days, pillows, mattress toppers and accessories can be returned within 14 days and bed frames, ottomans and rejuvenated mattresses can be returned within 30 days.
