Lenovo Delivery & Returns FAQs

Does Lenovo offer free delivery?

Lenovo does indeed offer free delivery on orders over £50. If your order is under £50, there is a charge and the cost differs depending on the item. How long the delivery takes to arrive varies depending on the product availability and production time. To find out an estimation of the shipping date, check your Lenovo customer account after you’ve placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can’t request a specific time for delivery but the courier will deliver your order sometime from Monday to Friday during business hours.

Can I cancel my Lenovo order?

If you change your mind about your order you can cancel it through your customer account or by contacting the Customer Service Team. To contact Customer Service call 020 3014 0095, start a live chat on the website or fill out a contact form on the website. Cancellation isn’t guaranteed as it might already be in the process of being shipped to you. Either way, once you’ve sent a cancellation request you’ll receive an email as to whether your order has been cancelled or if it’s being shipped. If your order is already being sent to you, you can refuse the shipment and it’ll be returned to the warehouse and you’ll then be issued a refund.

Does Lenovo offer free returns?

Lenovo does indeed offer free returns. You have 14 days to request a refund after you’ve received the item. To request your refund, head to your customer account or contact the Customer Service Team. You need to provide the reason for the return, the order number and the product number. If you’re returning a PC, docking station or adapter you’ll also need to provide the serial number of the device. If you find a problem with your device after 14 days after receiving it, get in touch with the Lenovo Technical Support Team on 03337 7739 91.

Lenovo IdeaPad 3: the best budget laptop

Lenovo

If you’re looking for a new laptop but you’re on a strict budget, Lenovo has great options that won’t break the bank. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get a decent quality laptop and many laptops that are under £500 have great power and deliver a smooth experience.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 is a great budget laptop option. While it’s not the most recent Lenovo laptop, it’s still a fantastic model that delivers a solid performance. The 11.6 inch screen is small and lightweight so you can fit it easily in your bag and carry it around with you for daily tasks. The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 runs on Google’s online-focused operating system a.k.a Chromebook. Designed to be used online, the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 comes with Google services like G-Suite, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Gmail.

Despite its budget price range, the Lenovo IdeaPad runs fast and comes with built-in HD Audio. While it’s known as a laptop that provides the very basics, it still offers plenty when it comes to web searching, video streaming and image editing. Overall, the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 is a basic system for lightweight computing needs, but that's precisely what many people need.

For a similar model that has more features, runs quicker and is more powerful, there are many other IdeaPad models like the IdeaPad Flex 5 Chromebook and the IdeaPad Flex 5i.

What does Lenovo sell other than laptops?

An image of Lenovo smart devices

Lenovo has a wide variety of technology products that are designed for use at home, in business and in education. As well as stocking PCs and laptops, Lenovo sells Motorola smartphones, tablets, accessories and software, smart devices and workstations.

Lenovo also sells high-end gaming devices and accessories, like the Lenovo Legion Y44W-10 monitor which features in our guide for best gaming monitors. It’s a great-looking monitor with a 43.4 inched curved screen and blue trim on the stand.

One of Lenovo’s most popular devices is its tablet range. Tablets' are bigger than a smartphone and smaller than a laptop, so they’re the perfect middle-ground for many activities. Because the screen is bigger than a smartphone, tablets are a lot better for browsing the Internet, reading e-books and watching films and TV. The fact they’re lighter than a laptop makes them ideal to take out and about with you. They can even be used for some work tasks, which is particularly easy when you look at Lenovo’s 2-in-1 tablet devices. If you’re looking for a tablet for casual use at home, we recommend the Lenovo Tab M10 FHD Plus, which we think is one of the best tablets for kids.

When it comes to tech accessories, Lenovo has plenty, from keyboards, mice, monitors and gaming accessories (like gaming headsets). Similarly to other products on the Lenovo website, you’ll find both budget accessories and more expensive items. Make sure you check the Monitors & Accessories Sale page, where you can currently save up to 50% on accessories - well worth checking out!

More and more homes are becoming smart homes with the latest technology. Interconnected devices that are dotted around the home are helpful to communicate with your family and friends and control your home security and systems, like heating and lighting. The Lenovo Smart Home series includes earbuds, clocks, bulbs and displays. The Lenovo smart home products come with Google Assistant which you can use to stream music, relive your best memories with photos and videos, check the weather and traffic, control your smart home, and more. The top smart displays from Lenovo to choose from are the Smart Display 7, 8 and 10.
