Kensington Digital FM in-car iPod kit

Despite being pricey, this is more middle-of-the-road than the white lines on a country lane.

Cheap, white plastic and a rubbish yellow LCD - yuk.

The display is built into the cigarette lighter connector, and wasn't properly visible from the driver's seat in our motor - we had to look down to choose between the pre-set frequencies. In fact, unless your car's lighter is at the top of your dashboard, you can forget about adjusting this on the move.

It works with all dockable iPods, charging them when not transmitting. Raekwon's Guillotine sounds punchy and just a little fuzzy through the device.
