The UK All Format Gaming Chart has a new leader with Namco Bandai’s Witcher 2 taking top honours for the week ending April 21st, dethroning EA’s FIFA Street in the process.

Whilst the latest Witcher offering has seen Namco Bandai catapulted to the top of the charts in the days following the titles release, EA continues to dominate the top 10 staking claim half of the week’s leading chart positions.

As the domestic football season draws to a close EA’s duo of football sims, FIFA Street and FIFA 12 have rounded out the week’s podium positions lining up in second and third spots respectively.

Further down the table and Microsoft’s former chart topped Kinect Star Wars has dropped to fourth ahead of the EA trio of Mass Effect 3, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 and a resurgent Battlefield 3 in places five through to seven.

Rounding out this week’s top ten gaming chart entries, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim holds on to eighth whilst Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 slot into spots nine and ten.
