Exclusive video: We roll our hips and test our atrocious balance on Ninty's awesome new game.

We've been flexing our, admittedly underworked, muscles on the latest piece of genius to emerge from Nintendo's collective brains: Wii Fit.

The new game comes packing a board, replete with sensors, that pick up your movements, letting you play a series of bonkers games in the style of the life-sapping Wii Sports.

Speed hell for leather down a ski jump, crouching and jumping at the perfect point, head footballs and duck boots as they're thrown at you or simply thrust as you try and keep a hoop around your waist while fellow Miis chuck more at you.

For proper fitness freaks, there are agility and balancing tests, a chance to measure your Body Mass Index and even Yoga. Which is pretty damn difficult if you ask us.

It's due by the end of the year, and will probably be the same kind of deal as Wii Play, bundling the board with the game.

Once again, the Wii comes up trumps.
