The sweet smell of success could be yours in a bottle. Microsoft Vice-President of Sales Patrick McCarthy has come up with a fragrance for both men and women with the smell of money. Now not only will you look a million dollars, you smell it too.
No way Segway
After a chap from Barnsley was fined £75 for using his Segway, the gyroscopic lazy-man’s transportation device is now banned from being used on the UK’s pavements and roads. Now restricted to private land, owners will have to settle for using their segways to patrol their lawns instead.
Logitech wireless ‘sofa’ mouse
Sometimes checking emails or tweeting can be taxing but for those who are energetically challenged Logitech have a mouse that works on more-or-less any surface. So now you can sit back, relax and check your emails without having to lean across a laptop of get up and sit at your desk. And, the batteries last for two years.

Taking gaming into the real world, the US Navy have come up with an idea for a ‘superlaser’ as seen on games such as Fallout and Destroy All Humans.

You’re at the match or a festival but the queue for the beer is taking too long and the staff aren’t exactly in a rush. Sound familiar? Well, it seems like GrinOn industries have issue with a slow-moving beer line too so came up with their own innovative ‘Bottom’s Up’ method that can fill 56 beers in under a minute.
Electricfoxy music jacket
The concept of clothing being able to control your gadgets has been given a new look. Electricfoxy has come up with a jacket that controls your iPod’s functions using only the zip, the volume for example. On a cold day, with the jacket zipped up you can enjoy your favourite songs at full volume. However, if it’s warmer you’ll have to settle for low volume or sweating it out until the track finishes.

Gillette’s 80 blade razor
Not content with 3 blades? Not a clean enough shave after 4 or even 5? Well Gillette have poked fun at themselves by suggesting that an 80-blade razor might just do the trick. The following video comes ahead of the launch of the Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor which unless it sports at least a dozen blades will leave us wanting more.
