Vodafone to sell HTC Desire and Legend from April

HTC Desire and Legend arrive on Vodafone

HTC’s Desire and Legend handsets will on sale with Vodafone contracts from April.

Vodafone haven’t named a date or a price plan yet for either devices, but it has asked users to sign up for information on its site.

Previously, only T-mobile were offering the Desire, but the arrival of Vodafone’s offering could spark a price war between the too.

The Desire is essentially HTC’s take on the handset they built for Google this year, the Nexus One, albeit with an improved screen, and their HTC Sense UI.

With both available in April, it will be interesting to see which of the two provides the better experience. Stay tuned to find out.
