Vodafone offers the BlackBerry Curve 8900 in the UK

If only it offered 3G connectivity

Well, a little later than T-Mobile, but better later than never, the BlackBerry Curve 8900 is now available on the Vodafone network.

Compared to the Bold and Storm, this is your more functional BlackBerry - and as yet, we've not heard of any problems or heard any celebrity rants , so it looks as safe as houses. For your money, you get an improved full QWERTY keyboard, a faster processor (512Mhz) and a larger memory (256MB) compared to the previous Curve, along with a 3.2 megapixel camera and a microSD slot capable of holding a 16GB card. Integrated GPS too and of course, all the email you can eat.

If it had 3G connectivity, it would be a nailed-on winner. But as it hasn't, let's just say its worthy of consideration. if you want one, get yourself down to your local Vodafone retailer, with the handset priced from free, dependent on your contract.
